BlueVolt Frequently Asked Questions

I redeemed my $BlueBucks. When will I receive my gift certificate?

Please allow 10 - 15 business days. The SuperCertificate serial number will be emailed directly from giftcertificates.com, so be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if you have not received it after this time. You can also contact giftcertificates.com customer service at: (800) 773-7368.

When will you report my course completion to my state?

Course completions are reported to the state boards that accept electronic submissions every Monday. This information will include the date you completed your course.

I have reciprocity with another state, will you report my course completion to that state?

Yes, if possible. Enter the license numbers in My Account for every state in which you are eligible to work. You will receive an email certificate for every course you complete, and if that course is approved in another state and we have your license number, you will receive another certificate with that state's license number on it. If the other state accepts electronic submissions, we will report the completion for you.

I can not enter my second license

If you have two licenses in one state, enter both licenses in the same field, separated by commas.

I can't launch the course, or, When I click "Launch" nothing happens.

Usually this can be solved by one of the following:

  1. Turn off ALL popup blockers. Common examples include the Yahoo Toolbar, the Google Toolbar, Internet Explorer's built-in popup blocker, McAfee, Norton, or other antivirus software.
  2. Make sure the browser refresh rate is set to check for newer versions of stored pages every visit to the page.
    • To do this in Internet Explorer, go to Tools->Internet Options.
    • You will see either "Temporary Internet Files" or "Browsing History".
    • Click the Settings button, and under "Check for newer versions of stored pages" select "Every visit to the webpage."

When I click "Launch" a window pops up but nothing happens.

  1. Make sure you are using the most recent version of your browser.
  2. You might need to update your version of Flash Player. You can download the latest versions at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
