Alaska Continuing Education for Electricians, requirements:

  • Journeyman - 16 hours every 2 years, at least 8 based on current codes; no more than 8 hours may be industry related. All 16 hours can be on the National Electric Code (NEC).
  • Administrators - 8 hours per category type based on current NEC every 2 years
