Welcome to the Safe Kids Training Academy, a free online training center for safety educators. 

The Training Academy's Delivering Fire and Life Safety Education course features 8 modules:

• Fundamentals of Delivering Safety Education
• Fire and Burn Prevention
• Drowning Prevention
• Falls Prevention
• Poisoning Prevention
• Choking and Suffocation Prevention
• Disaster Preparedness
• Program Evaluation

Each module is complete with quizzes and downloadable resources, and can be completed at your own pace.

Check back in early 2012, when we plan to launch a cooking safety education course. We are also planning to add more courses in child passenger safety, pedestrian safety, sports and rec, and babysitting safety in the near future.

HSC became part of Safe Kids in 2011 and is now a program under the Safe Kids organization.
