Panduit Event Cancelation Policy:
 
Events Canceled or Postponed by Panduit Global Training
 

1. Panduit Global Training reserves the right to cancel a Seminar, Webinar, Classroom or other Training event due to low registration or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
   1. This cancelation will normally occur no later than two weeks before the class is to take place, however this does not preclude our right to cancel at any time prior to the course date.
   2. If we cancel or postpone an event, we will use every reasonable effort to contact any participants who may have registered in the event to notify them of the cancelation and offer them either a refund or reschedule them into a new future event.
   3. Registration fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed event shall be applicable to the rescheduled event on a dollar for dollar basis only.
2. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Panduit Global Training has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

 
Registration Cancellation by Participant
 

1. Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event.
2. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee.
3. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
5. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
6. All refund requests must be made by the attendee, designated administrator or credit card holder.
7. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
8. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or purchase order used for payment.

 
The above policies apply to all Panduit Global Training Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
